- Placement in the NVM information exchange system (automated system with properties available for sale);
- Placement in our lit display window;
- Hanging up of sales board/ window poster;
- Organisation and management of viewings;
- Conducting negotiations;
- Guidance during the drafting and signing of the deed of purchase;
- Guidance during the preliminary inspection and signing of the deed of transfer of title;
- All other operations as may occur.


It goes without saying that all of the above-stated elements would be discussed and carried out in close consultation with you and, where required, adjusted to your specific requirements.
